Reef Raider is known as a 7 reel video slot with a cluster pays mechanism. When we look for RTP it comes with an 96.1%, medium volatility and a maximum win of 8500x your bet.
For a machine that reputedly is medium variance that maximum win amount is more than decent, combined with the above average RTP this makes for pretty good reading and a great start to our Reef Raider review.
And having played the demo before release we can only conclude that things continue to go well from there. First impressions of how Reef Raider looks and sounds are pretty good as well. You are looking at a 7×7 grid with a hermit Pirate crab on the left who apparently needs to make a journey to activate new features.
This is of course nothing we have not seen before, its simply a matter of getting enough consecutive wins thanks to the cascading reels feature.
It does however work pretty well, the mathematical model seems to be pretty spot on, there are plenty of wins to be had and there is still that very good maximum win amount to play for.
